making tapered hole

How to create nice hole with tapered angle nicely fit in?

> First, put 2 lines for guideline.

 

> Draw two circles. Second circle is created by mirroring of first circle.

The outer diameter of drill piece is 6mm.

 

 

 

The problem was that I couln't select the inner smaller circle for extruder.
